The cottage offers 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the main house and a studio suite just outside the kitchen. All common areas and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The kitchen has all new appliances - glasses, dishes, cutlery and utensils are all provided. The property offers televisions in every room, a dedicated workspace with a printer and strong Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the home. There are 2 parking spots available. Summary: LOCATION was great, right on the water in Grand Case, steps form a nice, roomy beach. Good snorkeling right in front of the house. On restaurant row so the food and drink is amazing everywhere. Close to Orient Beach and that was fun. Shopping and dining in Marigot was great, prices were actually decent. Buy beer and wine and alcohol at the little stores in Grand Case, they sell it cheap and one dollar = one euro!!! (This does not apply at restaurants). Best restaurants were Grand Case Beach Club for breakfast, Ocean 82, Le Cottage, La Villa, and a few others were great. SPECIFICS: The bumps started immediately when the person who was supposed to meet us to take us to the property never showed up to the airport or the rental car place. The Manager I was in touch with was great, although I give him only 3 stars because he told us the address was 142 when it was actually 42. After some searching and a laugh we found the house. The house is quaint and cute, nice kitchen and comfy living room. The bedrooms were dated but nice. We did have issues with pillows and sheets and one pillow that was covered in disgusting stains was on a bed and did not have a pillow case on it. Once I sent a photo of the pillow to the property manager he jumped on it and sent cleaners over, who did a great job. After that, no issues at all. The listing needs better photos as it does not explain you cannot sit on the beach in front of the house and the house is actually part of a "duplex" and the other house is only feet away. The other house has rabbits and tortises which you can watch, kinda cool. The old bar next door was destroyed and never rebuilt. Shopping at the little shops was fun.
